Collection and Delivery Services

Although based in Wincanton Somerset (South West) Nü Rug offers its services Nationwide (Mainland) 

Any fitted material will be delivered and fitted by either ourselves or one of our pre approved Sub contractors. If Fitted materials are fitted by your own fitting team, below applies...

We offer a collection and delivery service, in our own vans , within a 50 mile radius of Wincanton. Additionally we offer approved courier services. All packing instructions including shipment label will be sent prior the agreed collection date and we will ship back to you keeping things hassle free. All of the  Courier services we use are fully insured, giving peace of mind if the package is Lost or damaged in transit.

Courier costs are made clear on all quotations and, depending on order value, are sometimes free of charge!

*We cannot take responsibility if an item is not properly packed for shipment when sent to us, please ensure all contents are properly and securely packed  with labels adhered properly*
