At NüRug, we provide high-quality flooring to both the residential and commercial sectors. Our family-owned business has grown over the years, but our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction remains the same. We have a dedicated team to help you as much or as little as you require. We specialise in multiple areas of flooring and are happy to help whether you need one room or your whole house fitted. We can offer both a supply only service and Supply and Fit on all of our products.
From first point of contact, we aim to make your floor buying journey a stress-free and enjoyable process. Although flooring is not "one size fits all" our process usually flows as follows:
- Initial Contact - Call today to book a home/commercial visit, let us know what you are looking for and we will bring all sampling you require.
- The Measure - During the initial call, and also during the measure, we will ask you about your needs and requirements to ensure we can provide you with the best products for your space.
- The Quote - After the measure your estimate will be sent for your review. If you have any questions during this time, please feel free to contact us!
- Approval -Once you have approved your quote, we take a 50% deposit to confirm your order and book fitting dates on confirmed delivery dates of materials. (this is to avoid disappointment if there are any unexpected material delays)
- Fitting -During the fitting, our team of fitters will ensure a perfect finish from prep to finish. Our fitters will always keep you informed during the fitting process.
- Completion -After completion, after ensuring everything has been completed to our high standards, the final 50% becomes due.
- Time to enjoy your new flooring!
